I warn startups all the time be careful when you need money. Investors like holidays and you can guarantee they will not be around much when the kids have holidays….you might get a few of them but no chance you will see everyone you want to or need to.
Hence be aware of the following periods:)
July and August
December
Please also note that if you want any minor document signed then get them done before these dates too. Lawyers, accountants etc etc etc all go away.
