I hate paperwork stuff
Plus just found out I have reactions to Gliadin ( a type of Gluten in most wheat since the 1980’s when it became the new modified wheat we eat ) and Cow’s Milk……
Got in my run…getting easier today, but still doing no distance….Doug do not beat yourself up.
Did my 30 mins Crypto trading, but not much to buy as everything going down. I just kept the bitcoin I had and won.
Sorted all the paperwork I hate doing…..see above…but it is almost done now.
Had lunch with couple of guys from office and just got abuse from them….no change:) Thanks Paul and Chris:)
