Why do VC’s not help Startups with Mental Development?
As a Limited Partner you give a VC a pile of your cash:
The VC then meets some startups several times, maybe in the pub?
They then checkout the startup to see if they had suitable degrees:
Did they get a degree from a “good” university?
The VC then does some due diligence on the idea by using a relative expert.
Then they invest and celebrate:
Many companies do numerous things to see how a new employee will fit in or be suitable for a role. Many companies run courses to help staff become more capable of handling the roles they have.
Why do VC’s not help Startups with Mental Development?
Surely this would increase returns?????????????????
