Scum bag insurance claims
Wow what a pile of scum bags.
A guy crashed into me in my car a couple of week ago, whilst having a heart attack….we called ambulance, insurance,police etc etc…who were brilliant…hopefully the guy was ok.
Well my insurance company were awesome..they took almost every issue possible away. Picked up cars, sent it to garage, decided it was a write off, sorted out a fair payment. I could not fault them in anyway.
So this morning I get a call from a guy called John Crosby on 0161 8540618, he says he represents my insurance company and says I am due some more money from my claim. So I ask who he was and he says he works on behalf of my insurer, I dig more and he says he got my details from some insurance portal. He then starts telling me that the other driver had some neck injuries and took some head ache tablets and if I had some neck or head injuries I can also claim on the insurance as the money has already been allocated. I said I had no injuries…he then put the phone down on me.
Scum bags…my first ever experience……they would good I thought they were even my insurance company for a while.
